Cancellations submitted less than 14 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable.
At our discretion, late cancellations may be transferred to another eligible participant or converted to a credit toward a future course within 12 months.

Transfer to the next available offering of the same or a similar course and receive an additional $200.00 credit applied toward future courses; or
Request a full refund of all course fees paid.
Credits issued are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of the original course date.
