Course Cancellation Policy

All course registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations submitted 14 days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

  • Cancellations submitted less than 14 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable.

  • At our discretion, late cancellations may be transferred to another eligible participant or converted to a credit toward a future course within 12 months.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

Agency Substitutions

  • Agencies may substitute a registered participant with another eligible individual at no additional cost, provided the substitution is approved in advance and all prerequisites are met.

Minimum Enrollment & Course Changes

  • Many courses require a minimum number of enrolled students to proceed.

  • Courses may be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, participant cancellations, or other operational considerations.

  • If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Course Cancellations by Organizer

  • If a course is canceled by the organizer, registered participants may choose one of the following options:

    • Transfer to the next available offering of the same or a similar course and receive an additional $200.00 credit applied toward future courses; or

    • Request a full refund of all course fees paid.

  • Credits issued are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of the original course date.

Travel and Lodging

  • Participants are responsible for all travel and lodging arrangements. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to course changes, rescheduling, or cancellations.

By registering for a course, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
